This memoir features snippets of the author's life that are pieced together chronologically. He is an observer of nature, and provides witty commentary about his history.
This book, and this author in general, have received rave reviews. Honestly, I didn't think that much of it. I had a really hard time getting through it. And for being one of America's most renowned humorists today, I really didn't find it that funny. There were some points that made me smile or even chuckle, but those were few and far between.
