The Amazing Race

During the overnight break for the contestants, the pit stop, a local riverboat, picked up anchor and traveled to Vietnam, to a location unknown to the contestants. Once they set off, they had to travel to Ho Chi Minh City by taxi and retrieve their next clue from a golden water dragon puppet. The teams retrieved a stamp from the water dragon, determine that the picture on the stamp was the post office and go there to get their next clue.

The clue at the post office lead to a detour, where the contestants had to choose between two tasks. Child's Play had the players transporting a concrete animal and several colored balloons to a playground, during which the 5 balloons were picked up along the way. Word Play entailed the teams going to the top of a tall tower and searching the traffic below for 6 Vietnamese letters, then get help from the locals to form the word Vietnamese word for freedom. Completing either task earned the teams their next clue. Most teams chose Child's Play, and encountered broken dollies, broken animals, and lost balloons. Only one team chose Word Play and struggled with one of the letters.

Teams then had to travel to a busy intersection where they would find their next clue. The teams have to watch a demonstration and then proceed to recycle several VCRs. Once complete, they received their next clue which lead to the pit stop. The winners for this leg of this race was The Globtrotter's, who won in a footrace with Megan and Chayne. The older dating couple of Marcy and Ron were the last team to arrive at the pit stop and were eliminated.
