This wonderful movie stars Zooey Deschanel and Jim Carrey. Jim Carrey plays a character that changes his life by saying "yes" to every opportunity that comes his way. Zooey Deschanel's character plays a young woman who lives her life spontaneously. The two meet on the first day of his new outlook, then meet again several days later.
This was very much a feel-good movie, with his character learning that real fun in life can be had if you are open to the opportunity. While the movie had Jim Carrey's physical humor, it was not overly highlighted, and it was also not the only humor featured. Zooey always plays the quirky girl character so well that it might be nice to see her try something a little different.
The only real problem I had with the movie was the age difference between the two main characters. While that could be considered a part of the keeping-an-open-mind motif, it just seemed a little awkward to me.
